Soooooooo
It's getting really close to M-Day. Heather and I are leaving to Manny on Dec. 28th. We are flying through Seattle and Reykjavik to Manchester. We have a bit of a layover in each place and will arrive in Manny at 8 in the morning on the 29th. This plans works, of course, if the UK thaws a little and the airport situation gets sorted out a bit more. We haven't heard anything from our airlines yet, so fingers crossed please.
For most of you this will be the first visit to my blog. I'm not really too sure myself how it all works, but there should be links so you can subscribe to it and every time I make a posting it will email you. For all my work peeps, I checked it out and it won't get blocked on work computers, but I heartily suggest you wouldn't want to waste your precious work time on checking in on my boring life. Sorry, not boring, just--how you say---mundane, uneventful, tiresome, even necrotic. Kind of like P-Mac's (if you know him).
I'm not sure how often I'll post, but I've always wanted to keep tabs on what I eat for breakfast and what better way for you all to get to know the real Colin, than to read about my breakfast every morning.
I may find the time to post the odd bit about the Scottish Highlands, Latvian bus stations, Austrian snow reports, and Canary Island canaries.
I'll need emails from everyone too. How else can I keep up on the shennagins of Damon and Stephan?
SO, subscribe and enjoy. I hope you will all come and visit us.
Colin
